Zocalo Urban Center
The ZOCALO URBAN CENTER is a planned mixed-use neighborhood on 18.7 acres located adjacent to the well-travelled Bothell Everett Highway. There are 326 residences in 93 townhomes and 113 apartments together with a 120 unit assisted living facility and neighborhood retail and professional offices.
Esplanade at Mill Creek
The ESPLANADE AT MILLCREEK is a planned neighborhood on 11.56 acres within minutes of that City’s town center. The community has 187 condominium townhomes, a childcare center with 37,000 square feet of neighborhood shops and professional offices. A central plaza, with outdoor seating, is accessed from the residences by pedestrian walkways.
128th Street Urban Center
The 128TH STREET URBAN CENTER was planned as a mixed-use community incorporating a renovated 84 room hotel and a new 7,200 square foot neighborhood shopping area.
